    Micware will not provide the personal data which is acquired from you to a third party, except with your consent or as required by law.

    Micware conducts its business jointly with its domestic and overseas subsidiaries. For this reason, all of your personal information acquired by Micware may be used jointly by its subsidiaries to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described in Section IV "Purpose of Use of the Personal Information". In such case, Micware will be responsible for the management of the joint use of the personal information.

  7. Outsourcing of the Personal Data

    Micware may outsource the handling of the personal data, in whole or in part, within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use specified in Section IV "Purpose of Use of the Personal Information".       Micware will endeavor to ensure that the information acquired from the customers or applicants is accurate and up-to-date at all times, and will also endeavor to delete the personal data without delay when it is no longer necessary.

      Micware will take necessary and appropriate action to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of the personal data.

    3. Education for employees.

      Micware will educate the employees on the protection of the personal information regularly.

When Micware receives the following request from you regarding the retained personal data of you, and such request is under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Micware will respond to such request without delay after confirming that the request is made by yourself (Micware will inform you when deciding not to respond to such request based on the law or for justifiable reasons).
